Achievement background
The customer is considering switching from Japanese made gears to Chinese made gears in order to reduce manufacturing costs. But it is required to conduct durability tests while maintaining performance. The test requirement is 18000 revolutions per minute for the three axles of the powertrain. After repeated discussions, it has been confirmed that the external laboratory we cooperate with can achieve the same level of testing requirements, thereby reducing both manufacturing and testing costs.
CTL( laboratory A):
Three axis maximum speed: 20000 rpm
Single axis maximum speed: 24000 rpm
